Lucknow, Jun 23 A court in Lucknow on Tuesday sent three of the four accused arrested in connection with Lucknow's fire tragedy, which claimed 15 lives, to judicial custody till July 5.
Judicial Magistrate Atul sent the three accused - Tushank Krishna Jaiswal, Suresh Kumar Sahu and Ram Krishna Upadhyay to judicial custody.
The fourth accused, Virendra Shukla, was not produced in the court on Tuesday.
Officials said the accused are joint owners of the commercial building.
An FIR was registered at the Aliganj police station under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Uttar Pradesh Fire and Emergency Services Act against six named individuals and others, police said on Monday.
