Chennai, Jul 30 The Madras High Court on Thursday dismissed the anticipatory bail petition of former minister, DMK leader V Senthilbalaji in the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption's TASMAC scam case.
Citing the prosecution allegation of causing loss to exchequer against Senthilbalaji, Justice GK Ilanthiraiyan said custodial questioning is required.
