The petitioner, Pardeep Kumar @ Pankaj, has been in custody since January 4, 2026. The court ordered his release on interim bail, contingent upon furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate/Chief Judicial Magistrate.
