Mumbai, Oct 16 The Maharashtra State Judicial Employees Federation on Friday started a two-day protest demanding High Court pay scales for the subordinate court employees.

Employees will perform their regular duties wearing black ribbons on Friday and Saturday, the federation said in a statement here.

Retired judicial employees also staged sit-in protests outside District Collector offices across the state on Friday.
