Additional District and Sessions Judge Ravi Kumar Diwakar also slapped a fine of Rs 1 lakh on the convict, Sukhpal, after finding him guilty under Section 302 (murder) of the IPC.
Prosecution lawyer Kuldeep Kumar told PTI that Sukhpal ran a tractor over his elder brother Tejveer Saini following a dispute over land at Shahpur in Muzaffarnagar district on April 22, 2023.
